To share hula hooping as a full body workout beyond traditional waist hooping. To promote a fun fitness for all ages, genders, and skill levels.
To share a playful fitness experience that incorporates cardio, strength and skills in a safe and encouraging environment. To ensure everyone's success and promote a hoop practice beyond the class and create community.

With over 4 years of teaching experience, Karrie has introduced thousands to the wonderment of the hoop!
Karrie first discovered hooping during the Summer 2009. What began as a fun way to exercise to lose weight, quickly grew into her passion.
After loosing 75 lbs in the first 2 years of her hoop journey, she began to travel. Since 2011, she has visited to over 15 countries with her hoops learning, teaching, and performing.
In 2015 Karrie became a certified Hoop Love Coach through Hooplovers Australia and began teaching hoop fitness classes across Winnipeg and Manitoba.
