To share hula hooping as a full body workout beyond traditional waist hooping. To promote a fun fitness for all ages, genders, and skill levels.
To share a playful fitness experience that incorporates cardio, strength and skills in a safe and encouraging environment. To ensure everyone's success and promote a hoop practice beyond the class and create community.

Karrie first discovered hooping in the Summer 2009. What began as a fun way to exercise to lose weight, quickly grew into her passion. Since then, she has traveled to over 15 countries with her hoops learning, teaching, and performing. Karrie is a certified Hoop Instructor through Hoop Play Canada as well as Hooplovers Australia. With over 4 years of teaching experience, Karrie hosts hoop fitness classes in community centres and schools across Winnipeg and Manitoba.
